Mentoring Services

Professional mentoring plays an important part within dental practice today with an increasing number of dentists requiring formal and informal support and advice. Our lead adviser in this area is Ravi Rattan who as worked for multiple organisations including the NHS as a Professional Adviser and Dental Protection as a Dento-Legal Adviser both in excess of 20 years. 

He has considerable experience in managing and understanding issues that may arise and therefore is particularly well qualified to provide high quality advice on the following areas:

• GDC matters including Workplace Supervision, Development Adviser and Mentoring 
• Clinical mentorship
